* Managing and improving the efficiency of the supply chain
department in order to ensure that all supply chain activities
are handled in a timely and accurate manner.
* Plan and direct all aspects of company’s supply chain policies,
objectives, and initiatives to ensure intensification of business
efficiency
* Determine key supply chain KPIs
* Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a
timely manner
* Implement and improve the quality and food safety
management system as per Lebanese official guideline as well
as international standards and guidelines
* Train, coach and evaluate team members’ performance with
alignment of the company’s vision.
* Prepares and analyses market researches to identify
competitors’ offerings and ensure that the group’s range of
options is optimized
* Oversees the organization's inventory, warehousing,
distribution and transportation functions to confirm that all
policies and procedures are being followed and implemented
* In charge of shipping, inbound, outbound and cross markets.
* Plan, execute and follow the supply process of opening and
replenishing 6 outlets so far

* Responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant
operations and achieving outstanding results from service,
guests’ satisfaction, quality and revenue.
