Design, develop, and implement a coherent plan for accelerating the joint development of products and solutions with one of Cisco’s largest Service Providers customers which is Zain Group (Territory includes 8 countries in the MENA region).
My duties and Responsibilities include:
• Engage in discussions with customer product development teams to understand requirements and challenges across all Zain operations.
• Ability to deliver CXO-level business value and skills to build strong and enduring customer relationships with primary decision makers and influencers.
• Orchestrating large extended teams, including product management, marketing, engineering, sales, channels, finance and legal teams to meet customer needs.
• Navigate and negotiate price/value issues that result in a Win/Win philosophy.
• Build mid-level and executive relationships, articulate Cisco product and business strategies, and create the demand for Cisco solutions.
• Holding annual target between 6- 8 Million US dollars (products and services).
Responsible for the pricing of all the new products, services, packages before launching it to the customers. Check the commercial side of Voice, data, roaming and helping each department head in case having any new business case.
Assisting the Chief Commercial officer in preparing the roadmaps and compiling all the upcoming projects and update their statuses.
Since the company is part of WPP located in the US and listed in Nasdac, all the offices should abide with a special audit named SOX (sarbanes & Oxleys). My job is to perform this SOX audit in all the offices in MENA region (middle East and North Africa), next to the continious financial audits and specific areas audits performed up on the Group CFO's recommandations.
Conduct audits on petty cash, inventory, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, and generate reports to senior management
Assist in design of audit tests and part of Audit Risk Management team
Ensure compliance with group policies
Since i am working for Alfardan Group Holding, i am involved in different fealds audits (automotive audits, real estate, jewellery, exchange and marine services)
i had my courses in french system. my GPA was 12, and i got a "Good" for my final project.
