Welcome arrival guest and farewell departure guest, assist check-in guest, escort guest to specific arrange room, final check in guest room before arrival ensure personal amenities are place and arrange, anticipate guest needs as possible personal assistance, coordinate guest preference, request and reservation to all concern department for smooth operation.
Prepare welcome drink and tea, giving a brief information about the hotel, hotel facilities and outlet timings, ensure lobby is clean and arrange, assist guest in lobby.
Month end report payment and accrual.

Additional perform task:
Guest Service - assist guest on request, special request, question, complaint and feedback, prepare vip amenity.
Concierge - arrange transportation, restaurant reservation, giving direction and information.
