Welcome arrival guest and farewell departure guest, assist check-in guest, escort guest to specific arrange room, final check in guest room before arrival ensure personal amenities are place and arrange, anticipate guest needs as possible personal assistance, coordinate guest preference, request and reservation to all concern department for smooth operation.
Prepare welcome drink and tea, giving a brief information about the hotel, hotel facilities and outlet timings, ensure lobby is clean and arrange, assist guest in lobby.
Month end report payment and accrual.

Additional perform task:
Guest Service - assist guest on request, special request, question, complaint and feedback, prepare vip amenity.
Concierge - arrange transportation, restaurant reservation, giving direction and information.
Bell Desk/Bellman - welcome arrival guest and farewell departure guest, ensure arrival and departure guest luggage are deliver on time, orientation on guest room if needed, ensure guest luggage in store are organize and luggage ticket are intact, policy of no luggage ticket not no luggage.
Telephone Operator - greet guest with telephone ethics, receiving call from guest in house and out call, taking guest request and dispatch to concern person or department, sending television message, updating VICAS (Visitor Identification Capture & Archiving System) to CID (Criminal Investigation Department).

Housekeeping (“Room Attendant” October 20, 2015 to September 5, 2018) - ensure occupied and departure room are clean, standard must applied, amenities must provide, engineering issue must be reported for maintenance, amenity and linen supplies are enough. Additional Task (Runner, Houseman and Public Area Attendant)
Minibar- monitoring guest consumption and posting, ensure of quality of
food items, ensure no expired item. Inventory must be done in end of the
month, ensure enough supplies, create request in Micros
