Review and preparation of electrical drawings for site installation and layout. Provide technical supports to all site foreman, technicians and laborers.
•Layout and installation of UPVC duct banks, sleeves, cable tray, trunking, trench, wires and cables for low current, low and medium voltage system.
•Monitoring and supervision of electrical works and site installation such as grounding, lightings, power, power equipment, data telephone, fire alarm, access control, IPCCTV, clock, public address, MATV/signage and radio system.
•Inspection of electrical works with the consultants. Installation and termination of wiring devices, disconnects switches, panel boards, distribution boards, generators, transformers, RMU, LV/MV Switchgears and UPS.
•Preparation of project monthly electrical billing, site inspection request and material delivery inspection.
•Electrical material quantity takeoff and requisition. Review of electrical Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material specifications and site instructions.
Facilitate and conduct shift toolbox meeting and turnover. Review of technician’s daily time records, inspection reports, log sheet, vacation/leave request and work permits.
•Handling a team of technicians in the operations and maintenance of bank equipment’s, Lightings and facilities such as data center, STP, pump room, water tank, LPG and solar farm, rain/recycled water facilities.
•Preventive maintenances of electrical and mechanical equipment such as UPS, high/medium voltage switchgear, transformer, generator, lift station, AHU, ACCU, chiller, cooling tower, condenser, chilled water, transfer, jockey and fire pumps.
•Weekly testing of emergency generators. Servicing of electrical panel boards and motor control panel. Trouble shooting of electrical and mechanical equipment.
•Preparation of daily shift reports, failure analysis report and process material requisition. Encode and monitor electrical/mechanical parameters.
Handling a team of technicians for operations and maintenance of mall equipment’s, Lightings and facilities. Attend to tenants technical inquires.
•Responsible for the preparation daily activities/reports, power reading and mall demand maintenances. Monitoring of mall gas pressure and received gas delivery.
• Supervision on the installation of low voltage transformer, unfused safety switch, feeders and panel boards. Trouble shooting and monitoring on mall lighting, pumps, exhaust fans, air handling unit’s motors and controllers.
•Testing and inspection of tenant fire alarm system, lightings, panel boards, wirings, drainage system, gas piping’s, waterproofing, firefighting sprinklers and HVAC system.
•Supervision in the preventive maintenances of mall electrical/mechanical equipment’s such as MV/LV transformers, panel boards, M/V switchgear, generators, mall AHU, FAHU, FCU, ACCU and compactors.
-Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of all electrical works. Planning the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates to the other trades.
•Estimates, plans and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
• Manages directly and provides technical supports to all electrical technicians and laborers. Coordinates with the clients/consultants representatives for any site instructions and inspections.
•Interpret construction drawings and review contract documents and applicable standards/specifications for execution. File and control all electrical documents.
•Preparation of material technical submittals, inspection request, material delivery inspections and shop drawings for client/
Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of all electrical works. Review of construction drawings, bill of quantities and material technical specifications.
• Preparation of all electrical material submittals, inspection request, material delivery inspections, and shop drawings for client/Consultant approval.
•Supervision in the installation/execution of all electrical works such as grounding, pipe sleeves, boxes, panel boards, wires cables, cable trays, etc. Estimates and request electrical materials.
•Evaluate and review subcontractor’s progress billing. Responsible for the preparation of daily construction reports.
• Attend to the weekly construction meeting. Control and file all electrical documents such as approved transmittals, material delivery receipts/notes, purchased orders and site instructions.
o Review of for construction drawings for electrical layout and monitoring of construction of leased commercial spaces. Responsible for the preparation of Monthly Meter Reading Report for power and water for billing and monitoring purposed.
o Supervision on the installation of power and water meter. Monitoring of power and water meter accuracy.
o Preparation of Mall Net Energy Reports and justification. Supervision on the maintenances of major electrical equipment’s such as medium voltage switchgear, medium voltage transformer, emergency switchgear, MCC and generators.
o Handling a team of technicians for operations and maintenance of mall equipment’s, Lightings and facilities. Attend to tenants technical inquires.
