Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Daily Report, Weekly Report and Monthly Report.
• Weekly update of the programme against the baseline schedule.
• Monitor the Procurement, Submittal and Drawing Logs.
• Collect chronological documents (correspondence, Meeting Minutes, RFI, Site Instructions) for EOT claims
• Assign to lead the documentation and guide the Document Controller using latest version of Primavera Contract Management (Expedition) as Contract Document Management software to track Correspondences, Drawings, Submittals, Material & Equipment Procurement, Daily Reports, Transmittals, Minutes of Meetings, Bill of Quantities, Proposals, Requests for Inspection, Requests for Clarification, Change Orders, Invoices, Payment Requisitions and Snag Lists and linking the Project information in Primavera Contract Management to the Primavera Enterprise Schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Review the design drawings prepared by the consultants.
• Evaluate the materials being used if it is in accordance with the specifications from the clients.
• Check and review the Structural Analysis Report from the design consultants if the model and design results coincide with the structural drawings.
• Lead and give instruction to the CAD Draftsman in preparing for shop drawings and drawings that needs revision.
• Provide assistant in preparing of Isometric Drawings, Piping Spools and Bill of Quantities for pipe and fittings being used in the project.
• Produced BIM 3D Model of the whole plant using Autodesk Revit Software.
• Created a 4D Simulation of the Project by using Autodesk Navisworks software
