 Oversee and manage warehouse inventory, ensuring the smooth operation of the entire supply chain, from purchasing to distribution.
 Solely responsible for monitoring and tracking all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
 Select appropriate carriers for transportation, negotiate favorable rates, and manage contracts with service providers.
 Collaborate with suppliers, sales teams, and accounts departments to ensure the timely and accurate execution of tasks, meeting all delivery and inventory requirements.
 Skilled in setting up and programming Motorola Radios
 Ensure adherence to import and export compliance regulations and deadlines, arranging for freight forwarders to handle customs clearance and delivery procedures.
 Manage the full delivery process by scheduling both inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring correct products are delivered to the right location, on time, and in optimal condition, while minimizing costs.
 Address and resolve complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining operational efficiency.
 Stay informed about changes to shipping carriers, routes, and rates, adapting logistics plans accordingly.
 Rigorously adhere to and implement company policies, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

 All required Logistical activities for the company
 Maintaining stock records, verifying orders, and preparing for shipments
 Interacting with the courier and freight forwarding companies
 Maintaining a log of shipping activities and shipments and compiling shipping and customs documentation
 Providing Logistics support to the accounts and sales department by preparing and sending quotes to customers, follow up of quotes, customer support and in some cases, follow up on the payment as well
 Prepare of Purchase orders, CI and Invoices
 Maintenance and upkeep of the Warehouse

 Coordinate with freight forwarders and the client on a day-to-day basis for global logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
 Establishing with the respective salesperson about the mode of shipment.
 Negotiating freight rate with the freight forwarder. Get the approval from the respective salesperson and the Logistics Manager prior placing the order on the freight forwarder.
 Ensure preparation and submission of shipping document (BL, Inv, PL, COO, DN, certifications etc) as per client’s requirement.
 Instructing the freight forwarder for preparing the B/L and shipping certificates as per client’s letter of credit.
 Preparation of Freight P.O and D.N as per BL.
 Arranging local transportation inside UAE as well as to other GCC countries.
 Timely checking of freight, JAFZA related invoices for payment.
 Maintain proper record of all documents.

 Entertains business matters and work-related issues
 Maintains records and files for subcontractors / suppliers
 Sends inquiries (RFQ), obtaining quotations, comparing and seek approval for the purchase order.
 Coordinating schedules and activities, placing orders for supplies and services, and tracking progress and results
 Prepares LPO
 Price negotiations and Freight charges
 Follow up orders / shipments to ensure proper delivery time

 Arrange Outgoing Shipments and process Incoming Shipments
 Getting pricing and negotiating pricing for the company from the logistics providers
 Tracking shipments, handling any issues that might arise (lost shipments, damaged shipments, etc.)
 Monitor equipment transport and delivery for timeliness and legality.
 Unload, sort, stock, and package orders.
