Manage the facility with all its type : electrical, mechanical, building, safety, IT and biomedical leading a team of 40 person including 7 engineers.
During Operation:
Managing the hospital Engineering department that includes:
, Maintenance, and Biomedical Team in order to execute all the needed projects and preventive maintenance.(around 32 members)
Dealing with all the daily administrative work. Allocating the proper resources for each task. Planning for the new needed equipment and systems for physicians and hospital departments. Controlling and optimization the running cost in order to breakeven in the nearest future.
Applying Security rules and Fail over Safety plan Test according to best standards and regulations. Conducting documented drills and training to evaluate the systems and the readiness of the team.
Prepare the strategic planning that includes budget for purchasing equipment and materials for the new executed project and its related resources .Applying and updating policy and procedure. Collecting statistical data to improve and optimize energy consumption and heat recovery and backup strategies.
Ensuring that all PACS, RIS, HMIS, system, data integrity, redundancy is available in case of failures
Executing special department where it was awarded by GE and Philips like :
Cathlab, MRI , Operating theatres, Special ICU units, Dialysis
Programming testing and controlling of PBX telephony, BMS, Fire system, Nurse call, CCTV recording, Theatre Sound And Vision system with Video conference.
Main Team player in the accreditation process for the IT, Fire, Building, Biomedical department
Replacing the Chief of Maintenance in case of Problems.
