I worked at Intrum Zrt. in Hungary as a trainee at the legal department. I was always eager to learn new skills and meanwhile I was at Intrum I learned about maintaining RPA systems and creating documents for the legal department.
I joined to Intrum on a program which allowed me to move to Madrid and be a real estate analyst. There I learnt about certain portfolios and how to make statistical data tapes and analysis from the information provided by the brokers.
I worked as a Sales and Store Manager at IStyle Hungary where I learned skills such as customer service management, communication skills, problem solving.
I also got opportunity to manage people when I was the Store Manager. I needed to handle difficult situations but I can utilize thos skills.
• Reviewed customer service agreements for terms and condions pricing and accuracy.
• Met with clients, delivering presentaons and educang on product and service features and oferings.
• Coached and counseled sales personnel, assisng with individual selling eforts and helping sales representaves reach targets.
