• Responsible for processing of employee's request such as:
- Leave Request
- Joining report
- Business Trip
- Company Letter
- Training Requisition
- LPO
- Medical Insurance
- Business Visa
- Business Visa Extension
- Exit Permit
- Change of Sponsorship (outgoing resigned employees)
- Resident Permit (New RP, Cancellation, Renewal)
• Arranging accommodation and transpiration for the new employees
• Indexing/Filing Company’s Contract
• Organize meetings and applicants interview
• Act as the focal point for all division in regards to process/follow-ups of the employee request.
• Verifying completeness of documents/request
• Update and maintain Employee’s file

• Conduct orientation for new employees
• Maintain department schedules and calendars
• Makes and receives phone calls, take messages and route calls
• Sort and distribute incoming mail to areas and staff within the organization and dispatch outgoing mail
• Write business letters, reports or office memoranda using word processing programs
1.) Preparing Quotation, LPO and Invoice
2.) Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
