1. Do shop drawing in manual operation for checking and give to autocadd for finalization and ready for the project consultant approval and site construction and implementation.
2. Do designed and estimate, for electrical system like feeder system, power system, lighting system and auxiliary or low current system.
3. Preparation of BOQ bill of quantities and also preparation of materials or equipment quotation coming from the supplier, at least 3 documents for comparison, for the lowest cost or amount.
4. Site supervision and implementation with the approved plans and drawing for electrical works, like medium voltage, power system, lighting system and auxiliary or low current system.
3. Do and checking for as-built plan drawing for electrical system.
4. Testing and commissioning works, like earth testing, wire or cable insulation resistance testing, voltage testing, phase sequence testing for 3 phase, illumination system and ampere rating test of the whole system, with load and no load system procedure.
5. Supervision of maintenance works, like temporary electrical power supply and lighting in every working areas and monitoring of electrical equipment and tools.
6. Preparation of site development progress photos for billing requirements to clients.
7. Preparation of updated project budget monitoring.
8. Preparation of weekly and monthly project progress report
9. Attend daily coordination meeting with the project consultant and other trade contractors.
10. Assist and report directly to assistant project manager or project manager.
1. Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly site works schedule for electrical installation system.
2. Assist and report directly to Sr. project electrical engineer, and discuss the project status and to prevent major problem in the future.
3. Do estimate, quotation and cost breakdown of all electrical materials to be use for installation procedure based on the time duration period and schedule.
4. Attend for pre-bidding invitation from client at site together with the client representative and discuss the important scope of works by the said future projects.
5. Preparation of shop drawings, section details to be approved by the consultant and ready to implement at site for installation.
6. Supervision and implementation for the installation of electrical work system.
7. Site implementation and layout monitoring for structural and architectural for civil works.
8. Implementation, checking and monitoring for complete personal protective equipment for the individual safety at construction site.
9. Testing and commissioning for earth resistance test for system grounding and lightning protection system, insulation resistance test using megger tester, amperage rating test using clamp ammeter, illumination test using lux meter, voltage system test and phase rotation sequence test for 3 phase system.
10. Supervision for maintenance works at construction site.
1. Preparation of daily work schedule for electrical installation at site and to every every assigned foremen and workers.
2. Preparation of electrical plans and shop drawings for the approval and for the implementation at construction site.
3. Site coordination for the general contractor and other trade contractors for the implementation and installation at construction site.
4. Preparation of as-built drawings for electrical system layout, for the requirements of turn-over documents.
5. Assist and report directly to project electrical engineer and discuss the site development and installation progress.
6. Conduct testing and commissioning for electrical work system, and implementation of safety at construction site.
