▪Supervising payroll team & ensuring that our monthly plan is achieved.
▪Ensure accuracy, analysis, & timeliness, as well as review payroll reports generated from Oracle modules.
▪Make use of excel skills to hole & retrieve information for reports & analysis.
▪Manage processes like vacation settlement, terminations, nonattendance, etc.
▪Reporting technical & administrative functions in staff benefits & payroll aspects.
▪Managing local & international payments uploads through the company's banks.
▪Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
▪Maintaining payroll operations by following policies & procedures
▪Preparing & mentoring the annual budget of employees' benefits & payments.
▪Work on reconciliation of accounts, audits, & analysis of operational data every month to guarantee accuracy
▪Providing monthly analysis comparing with the previous month's output.
▪Maintaining monthly employee costing & providing chart analysis for the expenses.
▪Suggest fresh ideas to the management in aspects such as organizing modification structure for personnel
