Worked on a Pilot Project for Jordan and on projects for Iraq Trust Fund:

-Worked on various Projects with various Project Managers mainly for Jordan and Iraq portfolios. Budgets were in millions to develop and build capacity of departments and sectors for various Governments entities.
-I worked as an operational consultant to manage and assist leaders in project supervision on the basis of Result-Based Management. The job required lot of events planning, communications, coordination, control budgets and reporting to all kind of stakeholders whether client or higher management and other internal / external reports and drafting concept notes and proposals.
-I assisted in recruitment of specialists and consultants for the projects. In some cases I needed to hire subordinates to help me on specific tasks as well and coordinate with advertising agencies.
