1. Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
2. Administer all current HR functions and deploy new processes, policies and systems
3. Responsible in explaining HR policy, procedures and program matters to all employees.
4. Review, verifies and maintains all personnel files
5. Overseeing process new hires (visa, residency permits and legal document of foreign Manpower, medical test and employee file).
6. Work closely with the Government relation team for the MOH approvals of Medical staffs.
7. To prepare all the necessary arrangements for the new joiners,
8. To conduct Orientation for all the new joiners.
9. Administrating staff vacations, air ticket as per the entitlements.
10. Administering payroll and maintaining records relating to staff
11. Assist the HR Manager in developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
12. Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
13. Assist the HR manager to ensure the policies and procedures are properly implemented.
14. Prepare monthly reports such as Headcount, Organization Charts and Employee Turn-over for submission to HR Manager.
15. To adhere to Company rules and regulations at all times.
