Responsible for leading daily meetings with IT GCC team and prepare the report for global IT business leaders on weekly basis.
Preparation of awareness sessions with end users, Security and cyber safety messages to be share on weekly basis.

Handling Saudi mega projects and provide the support to business where required.
Organize meetings with Saudi local partners for different purposes

Assist in the execution of IT policies and procedures that are necessary to maintain an efficient and secure operations work environment
Log all service requests calls to the SD application (Remedy System)
Responsible for keeping up to date inventory and documentation on all the holding's computers and peripherals.
Manage and follow up all IT assets requests.
Provide technical support for the remote users thru remote sessions
Ensure to provide full support to end users and get their feedback thru different channels
Provide assistance and share knowledge with IT Team.
Travel to the remote sites to provide onsite support when required
