• Schedule and Coordinate Courses and workshops (Venues, accommodation and catering booking, equipment preparation, print and sign Certificates for trainees).
• Travel arrangements for 55 experts monthly.
• flight tickets documents filing on share point monthly.
• Developed an online data base sheet for flight tickets details (names, dates, destinations, arrival and departure timings, prices in AED and GBP, invoice numbers and changes) that benefits every member of our team.
• Email Address set-up and prepare ID and Business cards for new employees and experts.
• Submit payment requests on share point for Venues and accommodation invoices.
• Developed an online personal information data base sheet for core team, experts, JAFs and Interpreters.
• Monitor quantities of stationary and equipment and ask for replenishment timeously.
• Purchase and maintain office supply inventories and being careful to adhere budgeting practices.
• Support the procurement department with Purchase Orders PI, Soul Source Justifications SSJ, Call Down Orders CDO, Cash Requests CRs, Statement of work SOW and Request for Reimbursements RFR.
• Monitor Monthly office maintenance and IT requirements.
