• Resolve customers’ complaints by following up with different departments such as Drainage O&M, Road O&M, Infrastructure projects, and Building affairs. To elicit optimal solutions. And taking accountability to follow up with critical cases to ensure that the issue is resolved.
• Conduct monthly surveys on customers’ satisfaction.

• Devote 60% of the time providing direct consultations to children and adults.
• Provide individual and group therapy with different techniques such as CBT, psychotherapy, and schema for trauma cases.
• Conduct a variety of assessments especially on the referred student from their schools to evaluate their emotional and learning disabilities, language disorders, ADHD.
• Attended family therapy for custody cases referred by the family court.
• Trained to score psychological tests such as the MMPI, WISC, SB-5, BDI, BAI, and PAI.
• Present case studies and write weekly reports.

• Receive inbound calls to book, reschedule, and cancel the patients’ appointments. Along with receiving any related complaints to their appointments.
• Run outbound calls to remind the patients of their appointments.

• Organize the meeting rooms for bilateral countries and regional meetings.
• Update the meeting schedules in the Emeets - Electronic Meetings Management - to show in monitors.
• Upload all countries documents on the UNODC website.

• Hold all the conference documents.
• Update the conference’s timetable sheet.
• Update daily documents on drive pens and distributes them to clients.
