• Act as a focal point between Correspondent banks and internal departments in the bank, to solve any pending issues.
• Visiting correspondent banks to enhance the relationship.
• Negotiate the banking services fees with correspondent banks.
• Managing and updating our bank’s details at Bankers Almanac website to enhance our bank image abroad.
• Preparing and sending Balance confirmations to our corresponding banks and their auditors.
Organizations Services Manager

• Managing Organizations’ projects
• Managing the execution of organizations’ projects, plans, and processes and ensuring alignment with project’s TOR.
• Managing cash disbursement delivery to beneficiaries using the bank’s network of service points and mobile teams through Online and Offline payment methods depending on the distribution site location.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and monitor ongoing projects.
• Developing training sessions for staff and service agents to train them on the project guidelines and policies before the launching of projects.
• Monitoring the daily payment progress and checking the quality of payments to beneficiaries by selecting random samples of beneficiary’s documents and examine them, to ensure that service points are applying the guidelines and policies of the project.
• Investigating any reported fraud cases and make sure that the effected beneficiaries are getting compensated and take actions against the service provider agents who committed the fraud.
• Monitoring of operations rooms at the head office and at the field level to make sure the project is ongoing as planned.
• Preparation of reconciliation reports after the end of each project.
• Facing the challenges that occurs during the implementation of the project and avoiding them to happen in next project cycle by applying the lessons learned.
• Managing relationships with existing organizations and developing relationships with new organizations.
• Negotiating and closing contracts with NGOs and national and international Organizations.

Achievements:
As a project manager I have worked with the biggest humanitarian projects for organizations such as UNICEF “Emergency Cash Transfer - ECT” project which targeted 617, 000 beneficiaries across the country within one month and managed to reach total of 590, 000 beneficiaries 96%, also UNICEF “Educational Teachers Intensive - ETI” project which targeted 58, 000 beneficiaries within one week, as well as WFP “SCOPE CBT” project which targeted 58, 000 beneficiaries and managed to reach total of 56, 550 beneficiaries 96.85%.

from them and deposit it in other IBY branches which are in Shortage of
Cash.
