Golf Course, Palm & Fruit Farm Project — 200, 000 m² golf course and 600, 000 m² palm and fruit farm development
• Carried out material and workmanship inspections on landscape works, verifying compliance with approved drawings,
specifications, and quality standards before sign-off.
• Processed Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) for softscape and site works, inspecting materials and completed works
and issuing permits to proceed.
• Reviewed subcontractor shop drawings and material submittals to identify and resolve design and technical gaps ahead
of execution, reducing rework and non-conformances.
• Monitored the quality and quantity of incoming materials during procurement and delivery, ensuring conformance to
project specifications.
• Conducted nursery inspections of trees and plant material to verify condition and grade prior to site delivery, ensuring
only compliant stock reached the works.
• Evaluated site progress on a continuous basis against approved plans and schedules, flagging deviations for corrective
action.
• Coordinated directly with the QA/QC and Safety teams, Document Control, and Draftsmen to maintain consistent
quality documentation and inspection records across a 20-person project team.
• Led coordination between subcontractors and trades on landscape scope to maintain a coordinated, quality-compliant
system of implementation.
• Compiled and submitted material control and inspection records, and reported quality and progress status to
management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Coordinated with survey teams on levelling and control to verify work was executed within approved tolerances.
• Maintained site organization, cleanliness, and safety standards in line with project HSE requirements
