• Site work execution of projects, starting from site mobilization to completion and handing over to client.
• Managing budget and project resources \{Manpower, Machinery, Materials, etc) during the construction by coordinating with project managers, financial teams, planning engineers, and site supervisors.
• Overseeing all the construction activities and ensuring projects are executed in quality and safely in accordance with project specifications and bill of quantities.
• Developing Project Quality Plans, Method Statements, and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) for new projects.
• Finalizing construction methods, equipments and materials as per site condition, explaining the project details, specifications and drawings to the team how to carry out the work.
• Collaborating closely with site QA/QC engineers, Planning engineers, and MEP engineers for seamless project activities.
• Studying the project B.O.Q Drawings and Contractual terms for planning and arranging manpower, materials and equipments for site mobilization.
• Inspecting site activities and Co-ordinating with QC 3rd party lab technicians and client on time for tests at site and lab during different Phases of construction.
• Finalizing the drawing / levels / designs in Co-ordination with Design and Survey team prior to start work, during the work and to give proposal to client.
• Conducting regular and weekly site work progress meetings with Clients, Consultants, and Subcontractors, emphasizing effective coordination.
• Planning and arranging Machinery and manpower for the day-to-day works, procuring the required materials as per project specifications, and coordinating with suppliers for the arrangements of materials.
• Analyzing the design changes and finding its effects on cost and measuring, to give input for planning and Quantity Survey team for preparing variations orders and schedule.
• Preparing weekly and monthly progress statements of the project and reporting to the Project Management as well as to the consultant for effective monitoring of Construction activities.
• Monitoring the overall project cost as provided in the Bill of Quantities and identifying cost-saving measures.
• Capable and experienced in managing and performing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Positively involved and actively participates in health, safety, and environment-related activities.
