Worked as part of the Risk and Quality (R&Q) team by providing R&Q advice and support on a day to day basis and assisting the business to make appropriate risk decisions and maintain the quality standards, while protecting the Firm.
Participate in developing policy and procedures manuals including process workflow and KPI's for several departments such as claims, business development, Pre-Medical Approval, Policies Templates Department, Chronic department, network management department and complaints management.
Participate in the risk assessment process for several departments by setting risk assessment criteria and assessing impact and probability in order to come up with the risk rating and risk mitigation plans.
Consult and escalate to the Business Partner Director and / or Senior Manager as necessary Internal Process (Leadership & Management) Produce guidance, templates and update policies and procedures as necessary in conjunction with the R &Q Business Partners
Provide required data and input, such as on Partner performance, to other R&Q functions
Provide support to R&Q projects as needed to ensure compliance with the relevant standards, policies and procedures.
Contribute to the environment of teamwork within the R&Q team by adhering to the policies and procedures and acting as a key resource and liaise with other functional areas of the business, building cross- functional relationships.
