• Provide leadership to Design and Post-Sales Network Teams (Convergent Datacenter infrastructure, Routing & Switching, Security, Unified communications and Collaborations, Contact Center and Customer Care) in rendering qualitative integrated solutions based on business requirements of clients
• Involved in end to end management of networking projects in compliance to project delivery schedules and other SLA parameters
• Render consultancy to clients on various IT projects, analysis and comparison of products
• Maintain regular interaction with clients for collation/ understanding of business requirements
• Prepare and ensure compliance to budgetary allocations
• Work on team development plans based on product support forecasts
• Enhance customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of issues and qualitative service delivery.

Lead for Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Network Teams (Routing & Switching and Security and Network Systems)
Responsibilities & duties:
• Leads Teams of routing & switching, security and network systems
• Manage many network projects starting from designing and preparing BoQ till delivering and acceptance.
• Design and Implement Infrastructure & Security Tiers for Clients
• Draw information security policy for clients based security Standards.
• Consulting on Various IT projects for clients
• Analysis and compare Products.
• Design and Implement System integration between various network products
• Product Manager for Network systems products (BlueCoat, Packeteer, Securecomputing, TrendMicro, Polycom, RSA).
