C- Prepare Monthly Updating reports:

-Bench Mark Cost Estimates, VE Cost Estimates, CMR, CCR, Cash Flows, Final account, budget Status
-Assist in Procure the Commercial Contracting phases. Participate in review the Design and Implement the relevant legal procedurals for Tendering & Agreements approaches. Processing (prepare) Employer claims for Costs.
-Assessing contractor claims for E.O.T or cost claims. Write the commercial contractual letters (FIDIC Correspondence)
-Support the Planning Development process. Cost Data Logs& Controls.
-Prepare & manage scoring matrix for evaluation & appraising process towards each activity (pros. / cons.) Weighting.
-Prepare & manage cost & price Estimation for all activities, and maintain the cost Forecasts. Share the cost planning cycle (Concept, Schematic & D.D. Stages, Bench Marking / V.E. Exercises). Set up LOGs for cost control & variation orders & budget status. Monitor Consultancy Services Bills.
-Prepare & manage cost management agenda’s for the periodical Meetings with clients, shareholders and stakeholders.
-Set out the commercial mile stones for each of the project and provide with risk analysis (cause/effect reporting) for final account forecast.
-Advice on different scenarios for responsibility Matrix between all parties.
-Advice on accrual costs / value for on account payments which allowable to release for contractors suffering of liquidity problems to finance the project.
-Prepare & manage scope of Works for “Maintenance Contracts” within the budget allocation.
-Prepare scope of Works for “facilities Contracts” within the budget allocation.
-Manage the Contracts elements (Budget, Program & time line and deadlines.
-Review & check Materials & Supplies receipt vouchers and records updating for inventory stock availability of Raw materials in production process or the finished Goods for Sale.
-Samara Buildings & Townhomes & Retail Mall with Infra + “Wadi Mkhaires” storm water system (USD: 34 Million).

•( from ( Mustafa area to Marfa’ a area till Sela’a village ) at Abu Dhabi West Shore Side ( Structural & Civil Works was completed in the station ) while Electrical & Mechanical systems Switch Gears and pumps installations complete follow up day -by - day Inspection. / Two parallel ductile iron Pipeline of size 2000mm dia. daily inspection on laying as per the designed level & joining its pieces of length all the way from station and upwards include all control valves & fittings & accessories , and Manholes & sump pits . Also Electrical pilot cable for control (SCADA) control System installation and Cubicle panels for LV / MV / HV. Power S/S’s.
