- Handling the client’s legal related matters assigned by the Firm’s management;
- Representing the clients in all the legal cases brought from, or against them, throughout all the litigation
degrees (first instance, appeal, cassation, execution);
- Preparing the required documentation to file legal cases on behalf of clients, including preparing the
case application, memorandums, letters ...etc., and submitting the said cases before the competent
courts;
- Assisting the clients by preparing pleas, petitions, applications such as police reports and real estate
related petitions before all relevant public, semi-public, and private entities, such as the economic
departments, real estate authorities, labour authorities, police departments, and otherwise;
- Entering, on behalf of the clients, into mediation, settlement, reconciliation, and arbitration procedures
with third parties, in addition to drafting and negotiating the corresponding documentation;
- Providing legal consultancy to the clients concerning different legal matters and keep them up to date
on any newly issued legislation that might affect their legal status and businesses;
- Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing all the legal documents pertaining to the clients' activities,
including but not limited to MOUs, NDAs, MOAs, service contracts, and otherwise;
- Managing and supervising a team of paralegals, assistants and legal researches;
- Responding to the clients’ queries on legal issues;
- Preparing audit letters for the year-end audit of the clients;
- Representing clients before court experts, arbitrators, committees and government agencies;
- Analyze the probable outcomes of cases using knowledge of legal precedents.
