Facilities Management - Power Plants:
Perform Engineering Supervision and tasks Trouble shooting, Training and Routine checkup. Carry out routine and preventative planned maintenance. Responsible for Occupational safety.
1- Designing and monitoring an effective and technically justified preventive /predictive maintenance program.
2- Co-ordination with production department and make sure reliable power available in order to attain the production goal.
3- Preparing and maintaining the team job plans for maintenance work.
4- Lead and participate in routine inspections of diesel generators, Transformer, switchgear, Sync panels and its associated equipment’s.
5- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automatic transfer switches (ATS).
6- Dedication to the maintenance function and is focused on the elimination of repetitive failures.
7- Inspection, adjustments, parts, replacements for the required equipment maintaining.
8- Maintaining and analyzing equipment data and history record to predict maintenance.
9- Forecasting necessary parts, tools and equipment for planned jobs.
10- Keeping Up-to-Date equipment Records and drawings.
11- Assuring timely and accurate preparation and distribution of meaningful reports.
Customer Service Department:
troubleshooting for the customer
Electrical Maintenance Department:
Repair all electrical parts such as Switchgear - Transformer ...elc.
Trouble shooting and change over support in Generators, Transformers, Switchgear during power failure in day and night. Plant start up and monitoring / Fuel system operation during day and night. Responsible for safe start up/shut down of the plant as per the Standard Operating Procedures. Commitment for Occupational safety.
