Responsibilities and Duties:
• Teaching and learning support
• Design, develop and deliver a range of programs of study (sometimes for entirely new courses) at various levels.
• Review on a regular basis course content and materials, updating when required.

• Achieve operational plans by Preparation & implementation of Production plans, budget & suitable strategies and Highlighting a synergic approach among all support functions.
• Develop and monitor implementation of planning policies and procedures.
• Develop communication channels with sales department to facilitate orders receiving and task assigning functions for staff.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and maintenance managers in analyzing current and required production capacity to be considered in planning.
• Lead planning activities and ensure availability of information needed for accurate Planning.
• Review, edit and approve planning reports developed.
• Oversee production and material plans dissemination to all concerned parties.
• Develop mechanism to monitor implementation of plans, analyze variations and recommend corrective actions.
• Responsible for conducting regular meetings with department’s heads to discuss plans and variations and develop correction mechanism.
• Review purchasing plans and stock levels, and develop purchasing orders in coordination with logistics department and procurement department.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
• Select transportation routes to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution.
• Diagram supply chain models to help facilitate discussions with customers.

• Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials.
• Appraise vendor manufacturing ability through on-site visits and measurements.
