• Ensuring the accounting integrity and adequacy of internal controls and policies and procedures
• Managing financial exposures and issues across the group

• Managing the treasury and banks relationships and ensure adequate financing available for the group
• Managing the relationship and the reporting requirement with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) & Tadawul.
• Ensuring compliance of the group and its subsidiaries with the statutory authorities e.g. Zakat & Tax Department, CMA

Major responsibilities (Acting CFO - Numu Group):
• Heading the Finance Function in Numu Group
• Driving and supporting the growth strategy for the Group (organic and inorganic).
• Evaluating new business opportunities for acquisition, Joint Ventures and partnerships.
• Monitoring the financial performance, cash management and working capital for the group
• Consolidating the budget and presenting it to the BOD for approval.

Al Zahrawi Medical Co. is a medical equipment and supplies trading company established in UAE and has branches in the GCC and Iraq

Main Responsibilities and Achievements:
• Heading the Finance Function in KSA & Iraq - previously in the GCC Area.
• Monitoring the financial performance of the Area
• Participating in the strategy planning and policies and procedures setting for the Area
• Provide expert advice and adequate information to support the operation.
• Manage the cash flow & relationships with the banks and make sure business is financially supported at all times.
• Prepare/ review the Consolidated Financial Statement for the Group
• Prepare and monitor the budget and the financial plan across the Area and consolidating it

Fine Hygienic Paper Co., is a leading manufacturing, sales and distribution of Fine brand for tissue paper and absorbents, it operates in Levant, North Africa and the GCC where it has its manufacturing facilities and distribution hubs in these countries

Main Responsibilities and Achievements:
• Heading the Finance Function in the Levant Area - 4 legal entities comprising 6 business units.
• As member of the Area Executive team, responsibilities include providing the team with expert advice and information on all financial aspects of policies and decisions pertaining to the Area operations.
• Participating in formulating the Area general strategy and implementing the Area Finance Strategy.
• Consolidating and monitoring the Area budget.

Jordan Telecom was rebranded as Orange and it is the incumbent telecom operator in Jordan, it is a public shareholding company which majority of its stock held by Orange France

Main Responsibilities and Achievements:
• Assuring that there are no significant revenue leakages taking place within the company due to network, mediation platform, billing, collection of debt and Fraud … etc.
• Advising the Group CFO on any drifts or discrepancies regarding the revenue integrity that may preclude achievement of the group objectives and monitoring overall KPIs
• Defining new KPIs to monitor and control the revenue cycle (generation, recognition and realization)
• Managing Revenue Assurance virtual team across the company to attain the required results of revenue integrity
• Reporting monthly performance to the GCFO and France Telecom and coordinating with FT and its subsidiaries
• Performing risk assessment for commercial offers to the market and perform post implementation review, as well as understanding the competitive and regulatory environment
