Managing Support Contracts with vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel-Lucent, Huawei)

Ensures the development and use of an effective optimizations and preventive maintenance programs suitable to meet the operation objective
Plan Preventive Maintenance activities to capture potential issues proactively and prevent incidents.
Review, Challenge, and provide approval for Change Requests and monitor executions.
Develop Optimization projects and ensure implementation by team with Guidance and monitoring.
Work with ND planning & implementation teams for handover acceptance, focusing on service quality and customer experience.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for executive management
Responsible about Problem Management for IP Pre-Aggregation and IP access network.
Provide specific solution/technology/product consulting, technical and expert sales support for major account opportunities.
Perform in-depth and high-level technical presentations for customers, partners, influencers up to, and including hands-on demo and proof of concept work
Troubleshoot client to server issues; Solid working knowledge of high availability architectures, TCP/IP, Switching, Vlans and Routing (L2/3)
Designing, and Implementing Projects from Scratch
Working with Routers (Cisco 7200, 3800, 2800, 1800 series), Switches (Catalyst 6500-E & 6500, 4500-E & 4500, 3750-E & 3750, 3560-E &, 2960 series), and Security devices (PIX & ASA, IDS & IPS, ACS, FWSM) Cisco Products
Working deeply with most of Cisco Routing & Switching technologies and protocols such as (MPLS, OSPF, BGP, QoS, STP, VTP, HSRP, …etc)
Implementing & troubleshooting IPSec VPN (L2L, and remote-access)
Part of Mannai escalation troubleshooting team
•Working with Cisco devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Working with different types of protocols (TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and VLAN).
•Advanced Cisco router configuration with QoS and troubleshooting such as: Ethernet and serial configuration, enhanced by the AAA model (Authentication, Authorization and Accounting), E1 controller configuration, traffic shaping, and others.
•Implementing MPLS-VPN: it has been implemented over leased lines and ADSL links using 7200 and 3800 routers.
•Working with different types of wireless devices and modems.
