Worked for Bayt.com as a Senior Software Engineer but with responsibilities of a Technical Team Leader. Ive been managing and training a small team for over a year. Within my responsibilities as an acting TTL is assigning tasks, reviewing code, getting consulted on designs (especially on big projects), hiring, and on many cases proposing projects and performance enhancements on our site. In addition to the mentioned above I have been assigned multiple projects with an array of different required technologies. I mainly write back-end code for improving website design and performance, fixing website bugs, implementing feature requests, and creating reports for statistical purposes. Furthermore, I regularly assisted in quick feedback emails.
