Audit implementation of contractor’s quality program on site by review contractor’s site quality audit schedule, monitor contractor’s site audit program, and witness/observe some selected site audits.
Supervise inspection of existing offshore platform facility, piping and equipment and re-view the deterioration mechanism and recommend mitigation/repair activities.
Conduct periodic Quality Walks on each site/Island to check Heavy Structural, Mechanical Installation, Piping, Modules, Equipment’s, Painting, and Preservation Quality Walk etc., along with site construction management and client
management.
Coordination with site construction team for furnace work
Preparing WPS as per scope of work
Supervise all documents regarding static equipment’s for final Dossier.
Review Method Statement and ensure the Quality Control aspects are considered
Ensuring all NDE activities according to the procedure
Manage the equipment calibration program
Turnaround maintenance job including modification of existing piping & Equipment’s
(525 No’s) Inspection & cleaning
Responsible to plan and arrange available manpower and equipment’s to meet the pro-ject Quality and schedule. Engineering inputs for site resolution and also provide required resources as per the requirements. Co-ordinate and team build-up with site engineering, safety and quality personnel resources and promote Quality and safety at site.

Including QA/QC supervision and NDT inspection (UT, MPI, DPI) of new fabrica-tion and installation
Supervise Quality Control department of including contractors & vendors.
Coordinate with head office marketing department for material clearance, purchasing order.
Ensure proper certifications are in place for production purposes.
Inspection of incoming material, online inspection (Shop floor).
Inspection during PQT (Process Qualification test) Operational activities / regular inspection
Check the in house calibration/verification of the instruments of quality control & Lab testing equipment’s.
Inspect Plant stationary equipment’s by entering into vessels, towers, columns, heat ex-changer during shutdowns/Turn around, to check the internal condition of equipment’s. Make interpretations of findings, analysis failure, prepare report according to API code and recommended practices
