Overall management of the kingdom wide operation of the Bldg. Projects & Maintenance Dept.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Managing, coordinating, and monitoring the kingdom wide Building Maintenance & Projects operations ensuring the proper upkeep of stores and facilities and secure the best environment for customers and staff.
2. Create and implement facility maintenance program (preventive and corrective) as approved by the Services Director to ensure that the facility is operating efficiently and effectively and to prevent deterioration or damage to the facility.
3. Implement action plans as approved by the Services Director to generate income, control cost and expenses of the Department.
4. Implement action plans as approved by the Services Director to control or reduce the power, water and other consumptions.
5. Search, evaluate and recommend to the Services Director qualified contractors to undertake building and facility maintenance work.
6. Evaluate and recommend approval to the Services Director the submitted contractors offer and checking the works if it meets the standards and the terms and conditions of the contract.
7. Schedule visits to the 3 regions as required to ensure that approved action plans are correctly implemented and to solve any Building Projects and Maintenance operational issues.
8. Prepare and submit to the Services Director on regular basis the BM Dept. KPI (Key performance indicator) reports on income, expenses, personnel performance and productivity.
9. Review and recommend approval to the Services Director the BM yearly budget, expenses and other related paper work

I was responsible of maintaining an area consisting of 84 Buildings “1064 apartment, 60 retail shops, yacht Club, Boot house, Library, and recreation center”. Had more than 150 employees and 10’s of Engineers working under my supervision. In addition I was coordinating and managing 4 subcontractors.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Managed maintenance and repairs to public housing units.
Main Activities:
a) Conducted inspections of public housing units for needed services and repairs;
b) Coordinated emergency and regular repairs and coordinated repairs to buildings;
c) Maintained fire protection systems and equipment;
d) Supervised landscaping and grounds maintenance;
e) Coordinated maintenance and repairs to structural, mechanical and electrical systems;
f) Coordinated maintenance and repairs of boilers, heating and ventilation systems, pumps weather stripping;
g) Coordinated maintenance and repairs of building interiors and exteriors;
h) Coordinated maintenance and repairs of finishing, ceilings, flooring and roofing;
i) Coordinated maintenance and repairs to appliances including stoves, refrigerators and washing machines.

1. Led the Commissioning Team to defining the systems testing requirements in line with the overall commissioning strategy and documented boundaries on the various design documents.

6. Led the Construction Complete Verification of all the systems.
7. Led the definition, design, and installation of Systems required during commissioning and start-up phase.
8. Led the determination of the appropriate staffing levels for the commissioning and start-up systems team.
9. Supported the flawless Project Delivery Objectives which include managing and monitoring various quality metrics.
10. Provided support for the Project Quality Audits.
11. Assisted in defining systems equipment preservation methods and field monitoring plan.
12. Worked with engineering and operations departments to promptly find the preferred alternative for alleviating issues discovered during commissioning.
13. Led the development of commissioning spare parts listing and quantities to support the systems hardware and infrastructure.
