Started with Easa Husain Al Yousifi as a sales engineer at the air conditioning division in the year of 1985.Now i am managing the whole division and my position is General Manager.
Duties&resposibilities:-
*But the strategic business plans and budget for the division.
*Follow the implementation of the plans and evaluation .
*Negotiate product sales, prices, technical specification with business partner.
*But the promotional plans and activities and discuss it with business partner.
*But dealer sales policy and follow and evaluate the business with them closely.
*Expand dealer-ship chain and evaluate relation on yearly basis.
*Identifying, evaluating, and forming close partnership with various partner for tha growth of the division and establishment.
*Develop and implement marketing plans for the entire division.
*Make the evaluation of the stock and sales by implementing the (O.P.S.I ) method.
*Make sales forecast and market share studies for the divisional products.
*Create customer satisfaction atmosphere for the prosper of the company.
*Control and follow the installatin work, quality of the installation team.
*Organize training courses for staff to upgrade skills, and make necessary evaluation.
