Counsel individual asylum‐seekers and refugees to manage their expectations on protection,
assistance and durable solutions
Identify vulnerable asylum‐seekers and refugees;
Conduct protection interviews, maintain registration and counseling database and provide
regular input on daily actions specified above
Ensure quality and integrity of information captured at registration, notably through review of
registered cases and follow up with respective functional units

• Planned, prepared and executed Operational (end-user) trials to verify availability and functionality of facilities, systems, staff and operational processes before the start of commercial operations.
• Assisted the implementation of the Operational training and familiarization programs to ensure adequate level of operational training and adequate level of familiarization of all airport stakeholders with new facilities and systems before the start of commercial operations.
