• Control the functionality and safety of the 3 major plants and facilities in UAE, including all mechanical equipment and electrical systems, trucks and other vehicles
• Control daily department operation including, inventory management and cost control, diagnose, maintain and repair all the malfunctions in the plants, facilities and fleet, keep maintenance logs
• Monitor expenses and control the budget (over 15m aed annual for maintenance)
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
