❖ RESPOSIBILITIES
Being Supervisor, I have addressed the following tasks;
❖ Supervise and mentor Shutdown and Project Teams to establish robust HSE cultures. In order to complete shutdown and project activities safely and on time in accordance with Good oilfield practice, current or future, procedures, quality and standards.
❖ Managing the resources (Manpower, Material and Equipments) fro site.
❖ Managing and Organizing the Inspection of Equipment's before Erection and After Erection.
❖ Erection of all the Rotatic and Static Equipments as per drawing and Location.
❖ Arraignment of Alignment (Laser, Digital) tool fro Erection of Rota tic and Static Equipment's.
❖ Maintenance of all static Equipments and Maintenance, Hydrojetting, Hydro Testing HP Exchanger and Deferential Test of Exchanger, Redubbing and Expending.
❖ Piping Fabrication job for replacement/Modification in projects & shutdown as per Drawing.
❖ Participate in the commissioning of the Mechanical systems.
❖ To coordinate the plant operation department during the start up of plant & to eliminate the problem (if any)
❖ Daily progress reporting of executing job to site Engineer.
❖ Identifying the detail scope of work.
❖ PIPING RESPOSIBILITIES
❖ Provide construction supervision and lead of all piping works for the project modules.
❖ Ensure project execution to HSES standards and within quality, schedule, cost, of objectives.
❖ Monitor the use and availability of Piping Material and consumables.
❖ To sport the fabrication team at the sight during prefabrication, fabrication, erection, assembly, testing and delivery of the modules.
❖ Confirm the fabrication team has rebust execution plan for modules prefabrication, fabrication, erection, testing, preservation, load out and hand-over. Construction and testing procedures including NDT and pre-commissioning 'third party' requirements and their coordination, Review of P&ID's, Layouts, Isometrics, 3D model and Schedule to develop related construction and testing program.
❖ Ensuring specification and code compliance and the deliverables schedule is maintained.
❖ Monitor and update reporting on the piping fabrication progress.
❖ Identify and highlight any risks.
❖ Manage the piping supervision position..
❖ To provide input for lessons learned.
❖ Conduct all activities in the safe and efficient manner in the accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
❖ Ensure quality of fabrication and construction and implementation of quality plans.
❖ Participate in the company safety performance program.
❖ Quality control of pipe fabrication and installation as per ISO requirements on site.
❖ Oversee Pressure testing by the piping operators.
❖ COMMISSIONING RESPOSIBILITIES
❖ Supervise Oil and Gas Plant activities such as commissioning and start up.
❖ Ensure compliance of the activities for which he is responsible with the established process and HSE requirements, while respecting the relative time.
❖ Review contractual documentation.
❖ Verify that the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up requirements are accounted for into engineering documents.
❖ Take part in project planning and scheduling.
❖ Participate in the commissioning of the Mechanical systems.
❖ Prepare and keep up-to-date the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and test run execution plans (including the mobilization of personnel)
❖ Review and acknowledge the pre-commissioning, commissioning, welding specifications as required. start up and handing over procedures already prepared and falling within his sphere of responsibility.
❖ Supervise the preparation of additional procedures as needed.
❖ Ensure the issue of work progress reports.
❖ Ensure, at site, the management of commissioning and start up activities, coordinating the activities carried out by the Contractors, Suppliers, and third parties, availing with the assistance of Commissioning Manager.
❖ Ensure quality of fabrication and construction and implementation of quality plans.
❖ Monitor the use and availability of commissioning spare parts and consumables.
❖ Support the Commissioning team for area of responsibility;
❖ Execute the precommissioning, commissioning, start-up and test run activities. For these activities, define the required equipment, tools and manpower;
STATIC EQUIPMENTS MAINTENANCE RESPOSIBILITIES
❖ Maintenance of columns, vessels, valves, heatexchangers, furnaces, condenssor, chiller, reactors, air Finn collar, boilers, flare, stacks, incinerators, sulphur sleeve legs, piping, valves.
❖ Monitor the use and availability of Static Equipments Material (especially Gaskets) spare parts and consumables.
❖ Monitor/Ensure Equipments Spading De-spading procedure as per company policy.
❖ Awareness about Confined Space and HSE procedure.
❖ Supervise and provide technical direction to a group of skilled trades hourly employees.
❖ Administer planned and predictive maintenance program
❖ Manage the maintenance resources in support of the business team objectives
❖ Ensure proper problem solving for first time and permanent resolution and allocate resources to provide timely service on a priority basis.
❖ Responsible for the effective use of personnel, material and equipment
