In-Charge of Technical Division’s Warehouses: handling Raw/Packaging Material, Finish Goods, organizing logistics domestically and internationally.
•Implementing ABC Inventory analysis
•Demand planning according to buffer stock and customers’ needs in coordination with sales

Plan, coordinate and monitor the transfer of goods and materials from manufacturers and suppliers all the way through to customers, worked as a good negotiator with people at all levels. •Monitor overall performance to make sure targets are being met. •Meet with suppliers to discuss performance metrics, to provide performance feedback, or to discuss production forecasts or changes. •Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements, planning, and inventory control, warehousing, or receiving. •Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, and quality assurance, to identify or qualify new suppliers •Evaluate and select information or use other technology solutions to improve tracking and reporting of materials & products distribution. •Work with dealers and retailers to make sure they receive their goods on time and in the right condition. •Plan the best way to get goods from suppliers to distribution centers then on to retailers •Ensuring stores have enough stocks and space to receive goods. •Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials
