ALJ ABDUL LATIF JAMEEL- ALSALAMAH VERTICAL COMPOUND- J | ONE
The CONSTRUCTION and FIT-OUT works of vertical compound that consist of six buildings with center courtyard that serve 242 luxury apartments distributed in 6 floors with roof garden that provide Spa & Swimming pool with wide range of services private parking. Mini market. Indoor playground, different pool sizes, cinema and outdoor amphitheater, Total built up area of 65000 SQM and budget of SAR 280 Million.

• Day-to-day managing projects throughout the construction phases to the successful delivery within the agreed scope and timescale including establishing a development strategy and oversee design, tendering, procurement, construction to the close out in a most effective and efficient manner.
• Providing operational support, advice and assistance to the client representative with project management tasks including planning, initiating, executing, communicating, change control and closeout.
• Managing the Project Control Services includes development and implementation of Management Information Systems, development of construction, long lead procurement, material submittal, contingency planning, resource analysis, cash flow requirements, exception analysis and reporting, claims analysis/prevention, periodical reporting, document control, review and monitor of performance, time analysis of construction changes and recovery recommendations.
• Managing Project Risk through the established Risk Management Process in order to ensure that risks are managed, mitigated, and the project progress is materialized as planned.
• Managing Communication with stakeholder to work with the Client representative ( governmental and non-governmental) and other stakeholders, coordinate with them all obstacles that may affect the progress of works and recommend appropriate actions.
• Negotiating contractual terms and deals with suppliers, contractors, Clients … etc. if/when problems arise, managing claims submission, rebuttal letters and general contractual correspondence letters.
• Establishing systems to produce financial, progress and performance reporting and management of project administration for all assigned project resources including, non-conformance reporting and action.
• Managing the recruitment, supervision, appraisal, induction, development and performance management of team.

PROJECT:

KING ABDULLAH PROJECT FOR DEVELOPMENT OF JUDICIARY FACILITY - EASTERN PROVINCE ( MINISTRY OF JUSTICE ):
The construction of 6 COURTS and 7 NOTARIES in different 13 locations in Eastern Province ( Khobar, Dammam, Oyoun, Katef, Hafr Elbatn, Hofof, Abkek, Saaera, Rafeaa, Olaya and Harad ) with a total built up area of 65.480 SQM and budget of SAR 396 Million.

PROJECT:

MINISTRY OF HOUSING PROJECTS
The construction of Housing Projects consists of 2944 Residential Units (Villas) and 14 Mosques with a capacity between (400-1600) Prayers in Tabuk, Hail, Bureidh& Madina, the total built up area of 750.720 SQM and budget of SAR1300 Billion.

• This role includes directing and overseeing the full life cycle of the Residential, commercial and administration development projects from concept to handover and ongoing management . This includes establishing a development strategy to achieve goals and oversee design, tendering, procurement, construction, marketing, handover and ongoing management through other departments and outsourced consultants
• Consulting with Clients ( governmental and non-governmental), contractors, …..and coordinate with them all obstacles that may affect the progress of works and recommend appropriate actions.
• Discussing general preferences with clients regard to style and material. Attempts to prioritize needs and less important desires.
• Preparing preliminary sketches of possible alternatives to assist clients in consolidating their though and priorities. Uses computer-aided design software to facilities process.
• Developing more detailed plans which integrate with engineering considerations (Policies, Standards, Specifications, Procedures, ……) and meet the Global Standards requirement (ISO 9001, 9002, …).
• Reviewing Working drawing & Shop Drawing Details including Wall Finishing Details, Ceramic Working Details, Raised Floor Working Details, Ceiling Working Details, …etc, and coordinating with other departments (Civil, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting….. )
• Supervision, to degree determined with client, actual construction and completion of project.
• Managing a team work from concept to the successful delivery within the agreed scope and time scale with project management tasks including planning, initiating, executing, communicating, change control and closeout.

* FAIRMOUNT TOWER HOTEL PROJECT:
The construction of Entrance area which connect between old Sheraton Heliopolis Hotel and New Fairmount Tower Hotel and this includes the atrium garden, Lounge, bar, Restaurants and dining outlets, cafes area, conference halls, 2000 persons capacity ballrooms and business center with a total budget of $ 32 Million.
* RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS:
The construction of 42 Residential Buildings, total built up area of 30.000 SQM and budget of L.E 130 Million.
* ELAGOUZA HOSPITAL:
The construction of hospital, consists 30 rooms, one day Surgeries Rooms, Clinics, Services Area … with total area 3500 SQM and budget L.E 8.4 Million.
* ELMAADI TOWER ( MIXED-USE BUILDING):
The construction of mixed-use building that consists of 18 floors, Ground and Mezzanine (Retail shops), 4 floors (Administration office), 13 floors (Residential apartments), total built up area of 7.200 SQM and budget of L.E 24 Million.

The design and execution for FIT-OUT projects including residential, commercial, administrative buildings.

The project management of PEARL RESORT, BELA ROSA RESORT and SANTA CLAUS REOST in AIN SOKHNA and RAS SEDR, EGYPT

- Coordinating site requirements, procurement department, logistics department, vendors and technical office to ensure Resource Availability and Allocation according to Approved Baselines.
