• Process incoming shipments
• Arrange local orders
• Arrange outgoing shipments, prepare, and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedules (from packing list to physically packaging outside materials) - pack, wrap, label, ship, deliver
• Coordinate with production for readiness of the goods.
• Complete documentation regarding shipment, clearance, freight forwarding, transportation etc... (PL, Invoice, BL, COO, HC, Tests, and other requested documents if needed)
• Arrange shipping documents without any discrepancies and coordinate with suppliers/clients/forwarders/clearance agents for shipping
• Execute export documentations and ensure that all meet the export regulations.
• Preparing documents from Chamber of Commerce and attestation for papers
• Coordinate with forwarder/clearing agents for custom clearing and receipt of import shipments.
• Send invoices to appropriate departments
• Co-ordinate the storage and transportation of materials and manage timely flow of customer orders.
• Request quotations for imports materials from suppliers
• Documentation and data entry for all shipments
• Payment control to supplier and from customer

•• Provide support to the Operation Manager with respect to the elaboration of resources requirements for budget submissions.
• Assist the Operation Manager on the budget status, monitor the expenditures, assist in budget preparation, budget revisions and budget control, and execute the daily transfers.
