Counseling management and employees on employee relations issues.
Support management on personnel issues, interpreting policy and employee relations practices based on policies and legal considerations
Initiate and conduct timely investigations, prepare documentation and make recommendations for disciplinary action.
Handle employees grievances coming to HR and communicate it to HR Manager regularly.
Gather background information and prepares formal disciplinary actions.
Ensure official cases are properly maintained with complete documentation to support proposed or final actions.
Review and approve performance improvement plans. Ensure proper protocol is followed when preparing actions related to employee relations.
Provide managers and supervisors with direction and assistance on performance, conduct, discipline, policies and procedures related to employee relations issues.
Conduct terminations as directed.
Conduct exit interviews.
Discuss exit findings with management. Recommend and implement strategies to retain staff.
