Designing the transport networks for on-going projects & Tenders according to the customer’s requirements in terms of topology, flexibility, quality and capacity demands using a big range of NEC wireless products like iPasolink VR series (200, 400 &1000), iX Advance and E- band Advance & 7000iP Trunk Radio, etc.
Validate and convert customer requirements (Request for Proposal and Request for Quotation) into Bills of Quantity (BoQ) and to facilitate the proposal of technical transmission solutions.

I am designing the most critical Microwave Long haul backbone Links using NEC 7000iP truck radio to meet the data capacity requirements, especially in the most challenging geographical locations like Islands, Hills& Deserts.
I am designing the high capacity link up to 10Gbps over the Microwave using NEC E-band EX advance Radio to meet the fiber kind of capacity requirement for 5G backhaul Network, etc.

Worked as Regional Transmission Planning & Optimizations Lead and reported to Transmission Manager and was responsible for Microwave Transmission Planning/Design pre-sales and Post-sales for the North region of ZAIN KSA Network.
I have designed High capacity Microwave links such as 4+0 XPIC, 4+4 XPIC SD, 8+0 XPIC & 8+8 XPIC SD for Backbone, and access Transmission Networks.
Prepared the actions to plan for the troubleshooting and optimizations in including reflection analysis, multipath fading analysis, etc. of the Problematic Microwave Links.
Closely monitor the Microwave link Performance and recommend the necessary actions to be taken to ensure the smooth Handover of the MW links to the Network Operations Team.
Proposed upgrades/expansions of the existing Microwave Networks in order to launch new services and technology in the network.
Planned and designed the high capacity IP/MPLS & ERP rings using Microwave & Fiber optics Nodes/Rings to Optimize the Networks to have optimal performance/ KPIs of Microwave Links.
Frequency planning for the new MW links, intra-network Interference Analysis & Provide Cost-effective Solutions.
Prepare the CITC applications of microwave links for CITC approval.
Closely worked with customers to know the RF radios requirements and provide cost-effective designs and solutions for Transmission Networks accordingly.
Attended weekly projects rollout progress meeting with a customer and presented the progress reports also highlighted the show stoppers if any and mutually agreed on the solutions to have smooth network rollouts.
Prepared Bills of Quantity (BOQ) for the given scope based on the required MW link dimensioning/link configuration and control of hardware to ensure the deployments of equipment must go according to the agreed scope.
Evaluated existing LTE network utilizations of the MW existing network and advised accordingly for network performance improvement.
Handled transmission-related concerns for rollout and special projects and provided support to regional transmission Engineers to achieve the given monthly targets.

Lead the region technically for all Transmission activities with a detailed technical understanding of working principles of communication systems, including Microwave, SDH, DWDM, Fiber Optics, and VSAT, etc.
Approval of Microwave Link Budgets, Technical site Survey Reports (TSSR), and LOS reports submitted by Vendors and ensured smooth transmission Roll-out activities for new and upgrades sites.

Frequently use telecommunication software and hardware, like Pathloss, NetAct, MapInfo, Global Mapper/Google earth, and BER Tester, to check the designed and implemented transmission networks.
Supervising, commissioning, Integration, and Acceptance Testing of Transmission Equipment.
