Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Client Acquisition and Retention, all intrinsically competitive and results-driven enterprises—for me, therein lies the attraction. Through my 16 years career in I have provided innovative and savvy business, and client acquisition strategies, sales management and market “branding” initiatives that positively impacted business goals.
Strategy & Vision:
• Develop, lead and execute formal processes to identify, intake, evaluate, prioritize and integrate business-improvement opportunities into the enterprise portfolio in alignment with the Business’ strategic plan.
• Develop roadmap for selected priorities, organizing working teams and manage resource allocation in support of business priorities.
• Develop, lead and manage a portfolio review, evaluation and balancing process with proprietors.
• Identify opportunities for and lead the execution of select enterprise-wide strategic initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the Business operations.
Sales Strategy:
• Work with and develop a business development database to generate effective leads and opportunities
• Develop a sales contact plan to include cold-calling, direct marketing, networking and attending industry events to build relationships with key customers and teaming partners
• Write responses to Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals in a professional and effective manner
• Work closely with technical sales to present technical solutions to new business opportunities.
• Effectively communicates within the team, the company, and customers
• Works effectively in a team environment

Marketing:
• Works effectively in tangent with the Marketing strategy an emphasis on the executing on the deliverables required to build, maintain and enhance the brand with employees, customers and partners.
• The Marketing Manager will be a direct report. This collaboration and focus on the logistics will be critical for long term business success.
Team Management:
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled sales professionals of whom are executing best practices that are aligned with the Business
• Lead performance management for team members as well as provide frequent informal feedback
• Create career growth and learning plans, performance reviews, and goal planning for team members
• Participate actively in the recruiting process for team members and rapidly onboard team members
• Identify strengths and issues; drive and develop better behavior to create strong consultants (team building, skill enhancement, training)
Leadership:
• Lead reporting sales and field executives to increase overall revenue
• Participate as a member of the leadership team pursuing corporate strategic initiatives to scale a rapidly growing organization
• Actively build a professional network in the local and virtual community
• Managing the High Net Worth classic portfolio & walk INS customers of the Bank.
• Achieving the Business targets assigned in terms of cross selling other products of the bank (insurance, MF, FD & assets products etc) enhancing and upgrading the High Net Worth relationships.
• One-point contact for all requirements of High Net Worth customers in the branch.
• Establishing corporate strategies for achievement of top line and bottom-line targets for the branch.
• Business planning and analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities.
• Dealing with HNI clients and helping them with their investments.
• Been able to build customer and branch management confidence in:
• Monitoring account opening as per the KYC rules;
• Interacting with customers based on their queries.
• Proper Communication for the flow of work.
• Handling the Management Information System (MIS) with day to day up-dation
• Coordinating for resolution of grievances and queries of individual and corporate clients as per the parameters of banks service quality within given TAT.
