• Developed and Standardized Oryx Material Master and Service Master Noun-Modifier Dictionary with appropriate Technical Characteristics and purchase order sequence.
• Developed complete classification of Noun-Modifier Schema with sample values to maintain in SAP system
• Prepared Standards and Procedures (cataloguing/imaging/QC) for Material Master Data Cataloguing Project as per the client requirement.
• Standardization of Vendor Master
• Created complete classification/hierarchy of material master based on unique class codes to maintain master data in SAP system
• Catalogued material by physically inspecting and conforming the same through various vendor documents (SPIR/Datasheets/Technical Drawings/Manuals)
• Developed and reviewed material purchase specifications in line with international standards.
• Generating the OSDR (Overage/Shortage/Damage/Rejected) report and notifying it to the concerned to take necessary action.
• Identification of materials requiring Material Test Certificates and Standards.

Overall Job Responsibilities:
• Analyzing the Source Data and planning for cataloguing as per document availability.
• Making a report on missing documents and retrieving the same from Technical Service Engineering/Maintenance Dept and Vendors (OEM & OPM)
• Preparation of master data list (UOM, MNFR Reference, Standards etc., )
• Controlling technical documentation related to material received, including review of material certifications and testing documentation to ensure conformance with PO and/or project specifications.
• Acting as focal point with Maintenance Department to address and answer any queries regarding technical specification and documentation.
• Physical inspection of the materials received to enhance the data quality to support procurement process.
• Uploading the final structured data to SAP system with BILL OF MATERIAL linking to Equipments for operations and plant maintenance.
• Continuous review of materials inventory to improve interchangeability, generalization and standardization.
