• Acting as Mechanical lead to execute project at various locations as assigned by immediate supervisor to ensure project compliance
• Managing &follow up with MEP Contractor to ensure that preparation of drawings, Calculation & Technical Submittal to meet the target dates.
• Working in close coordination with the MEP contractors on and off-site and ensure all drawings, Material Submittal, Method Statements comply with the project standards, Local regulation and requirements.
• Attending meeting with the client, Consultant and relay new development information and flag up
• Manage the variation claim and verify with Client.
• Involving in estimate / tender for the project, in conjunction with the project team, to fully determine and understand the conditions, requirements, deliverables, risks and liabilities of the works.
• Negotiate with the Vendors / Suppliers for long lead item with commercially as well as Technical Aspect.
• Ensure that all Project deliverable as per approved baseline Programmed.

This project Consist of 2 no’s of US air force Billets at US Army Base Doha, developed by US Army Corps of Engineer, Main Contractor is AMEC-Black cat joint Venture Design by CH2MHILL Middle east & MEP Contractor is Abdulghani&Cardahi Construction Installation WLL Doha Qatar. This Project have11 Kv/ 440 v Transformer ( 2500 Amp) for each Billets, fire Fighting System ( fire Suppressions & Pre action system), Plumbing System, Fire alarm System, BMS System, Mass notification System (Integrate with fire alarm System), HVAC System ( Chilled water Pump, Air Cooled Chillers, AHU/ FCU, Exhaust & Smoke fan .The Value for MEP is QR 50 Million.

Project Name : EPIC of Sweet Fuel Gas Supply to Dukhan Consumers

EPIC contract to lay pipeline for supplying sweet fuel gas to QP and various consumers in Dukhan and associated facilities. Civil Scope involves Design of new electrical substation building at Station-U, Desalination Fuel Gas station, UBMS-B & KSFGSS, Design of Diesel Generator building, Diesel tank foundation, air tank foundations, tank dike area at Station U and DESAL Fuel Gas station. Design of Jib crane foundation, impact wall, spill pit. Design of Pipeline sleepers, anchor blocks, protection slab and road crossing culvert. Design of Pipe supports & valve access platform. Road & storm water drainage.
HVAC Consultants as assigned Serene Consultants and this Project has DX system by ROOF TOP PACKAGE UNIT.
