• To ensure troubleshooting and to provide necessary guidelines to subordinates.

• Worked in DCS, PLC and SCADA as well as run plant in auto and manual mode
• Ability to run plant without aid of control valves
• Handling of planned and unplanned deviation
• Assisted in developing SOP and modification of the existing one link with changes and modification of the plant
• Startup and shutdown, emergency handling procedures, safety management practices & environmental regulations
• Making daily visual inspection and monitoring of remote equipment and performing custodial duties as need in training new operator
• Handling of exothermic and endothermic reaction
