* Hands on experience in preparing project specs, MOC (if required), material selection, SOW, BOM, IDs, raising PRs /
SRs, evaluation and inspection.
* Participate in presenting Project proposals including cost estimation and timelines.
* Develop project baseline, CP and identify floats.
* Developed engineering skills on Rotary and Stationary equipment such as Centrifugal / PD Pumps, above ground Storage
Tanks (EFR, IFR and Fixed), underground pipelines, Drag Reducing and CI Skids etc.
* Prepare and initiate approval of JSA, RA and HAZOP for all projects and critical jobs.
* Responsible for compliance with project controls and administration guidelines/procedures including those related to cost
control and forecasting, planning and scheduling, contract administration and materials control, during project execution.
* Inspection of Plant Piping through LRUT.
* Internal & External inspection of Storage Tanks as per API 653.
* Improve reliability of equipment by criticality assessment following the maintenance records and MTBF.
* Hands on experience on modification and up-gradation of plants/equipment.
* Launch and execute Cyclic Maintenance Projects such as cleaning, painting and R&M of Storage Tanks.
* Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth execution of maintenance jobs.
* Presentations to Management for updated status of Departmental Business Objectives.
* Planning and execution of several projects. Few are mentioned below:
* Complete replacement of Handrails and IFR of Crude Oil Storage Tank (Responsibilities also included budget
allocation for the job and its appropriate utilization)
* Installation of emergency depressurization / drain of 16” dia x 25 km pipeline at PS-1, Station
* Installation of PSVs on National Refinery and Pakistan Refinery Spur lines. (Responsibilities also included budget
allocation for the job and its appropriate utilization)
* Double Valve Isolation / Segregation of HSD Storage Tanks.
