- Lead multiple projects ($80 million) supporting diversified military manufacturing companies, maximizing stakeholder benefits, and optimizing value while minimizing disruption.
- Manage the work of 46 consisting of: PMs, PEs, engineers, technicians, QAs and safety engineers across three projects to provide Maintenance Support for Aircrew Training Devices (ADTs) and Avionics repairs & production spread across 5 distinct sites.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with best practice project disciplines and monitoring their effectiveness.
- Facilitate the successful transition of the team members from manning role to maintenance, performance and availability service in Typhoon IPTD project.
- Mentor Project managers on how to apply the project management tools to align with their customer’s milestones and timing.
- Oversaw vendor sourcing, contracts negotiations and RFQ/RFP processes and managing engineering logistics Global projects.
- Work closely with international OEM’s to develop business cases and explore new opportunities.

- Developed a business plan with the international OEMs and sub-contractors including Boeing, Thales-UK, Barco-Belgium, BAE System, Selex ES and Rockwell Collins to achieve success of the projects.
- Monitor project's execution and manages the team’s performance of project tasks to deliver the project within scope, time, cost, quality.
- Created the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) using MS Visio. Managed the Project Plan and Schedule using MS Project, Schedules, and also managed the Project Financials using MS Excel.
- Responsible for team performance, instillations, reviews, business Analysis, SAT activities and Configuration Management.
- Report on project performance on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to the customers and senior management.
