2020-2022: lead STC IoT program within time and budget, from the design to the launch of the full product proposition (devices and services). Currently employed by STC as an expert of matter for smart home products, as a consultant for all the departments involved in the program.
Designed, produced and launched the first stc made “Home Gateway”, as the core gateway of stc IoT ecosystem.
Launched the first IoT bundle for Smart home (stc baity Smart Home Protect).
Reduced to near zero the customer complaints for lack of wifi coverage in the house, thanks to the customized design made for the gateway and the satellite access points.

2011-2013: took over the PMO office of 2 Mega Projects of STC to deploy the full network infrastructure of 2 Smart Cities in Riyadh. All the processes were revised and optimized to streamline the cooperation amongst different teams. A disaster recovery plan was designed from scratch to overcome structural issues that occurred in the worksite. Data center and full working network with redundancy delivered within time, catching up on almost 12 months of estimated delay.
