- Assisted the managing director with the business development, operations and finances; created a financial model for the firm to forecast expected revenues and expenses and cultivated an internal strategy plan for the upcoming year(s)
- Conducted research with a team of 4 to organize high-impact education retreats and submitted proposals and strategies to clients that helped them manage their family businesses in Saudi Arabia
- Managed the recruitment process for new interns and the business CRM using Salesforce to keep track of clients
