Business Communities are communication projects aimed at creating daily interactions between Sales or marketing divisions and their sales networks, y publishing up-to-date information, behavioral training modules and by sharing selling experiences and gathering feedbacks. These activity is performed with an editorial staff (engaging and involving participants every day in social learning process and using gamification methods to manage their attention) and a content management digital platform. My activities:
- Pre-sales support: to propose and sell Business Community design and management projects; presentations and demos setup, understanding of clients’ business model, estimate of effort needed to build a sustainable offer, offer formulation and replying to Request for Proposals.
- Community start-up: specific needs identification through workshops and “on field” analysis, objective definition, editorial program and contents definition, editorial staff members and operational activities setup until project Go-Live.
- Operational activities: coordination of editorial staff activities, supervision with direct responsibility towards clients, crisis management.
Clients: Telecom Italia (Business & Top Clients’ division), Amplifon Italy, BMW Motorrad Italy, Vorwerk Folletto Italy, Swarovski Italy, Ecostore

Managed several projects concerning program management, supervision, project monitoring and reporting of IT programs and evolution of I.T. systems (CRM, billing), support to I.T. Management, I.T. Strategy, I.T. department setup.
All these project have been managed in customer facing environments, mainly for clients belonging to Telecommunication industry.

- Support to students using MS Office and Internet for writing their final thesis
- 1st level Help-Desk to professors and staff (malfunctions diagnosis, problem dispatching)
