A short description of my job
My current assignment allowed me to gain the ability to simultaneously evaluate the company as a whole and in all the specific areas that compose it.
In general, I’m in charge with activities planning and production supervision.
In particular, I’m in charge, among the other things, with economic and financial management, with resources management (including HR) and organization, with processing budget and controlling.
Relationships with major customers and suppliers, identification and management of investments, management of relations in a strongly unionized work place are a significant part of my position, too.
During my current role I had to initially provide a complete corporate reorganization that resulted in a change in production processes and business organization.
Consequently, I had to proceed to a deep reorganization of the workforce.
Also, I have dealt with the general efficiency of the activities and the application of the integrated quality and environment system.
The complete company restructuring has allowed to increase the performances and to manage new investments concerning the construction of an additional production plant.
