• Develop and Design a complete Administration process for the Regional Office such
as (letters and correspondence, all visas online and all Arabic NOCs, handling travel arrangements and accommodation where appropriate. Screening and monitoring all the e-mails for the Regional Director of Finance and respond on behalf of him and follow up all topic with Deadlines with 52 Hotels, Prepare reports as requested, updating the list of passports, visas, labor cards and follow up the expiry dates, preparing the expenses vouchers and keep track of them with Accounts Department, On Spot : maintain the Minutes of Meeting, receiving and distributing all incoming mail, Re-Direct telephone calls for the Executives where appropriate, Managing Christmas and Birthday Card distribution.
• Plan and Build the Annual Peer Review System and develop the reports and running the system accurately for all changes with the Area Directors of Finance.
• Maintain accurate and efficient filing systems, ensuring timely, safe follow-ups and traces, including logging cheques received.
• Running the TNT system and monitoring the record of Airway Bills for the Regional Office and review the statement on Monthly basis for Accounts purpose.
